Hi I’m Elizabeth & Welcome to
Baby & Home Co
More Than Baby Care
Gentle, In-Home Support for You and Your Baby
Do you need an extra pair of loving hands? 🤍
Someone to hold your baby while you shower… eat a hot meal… or simply breathe?
The early weeks with a newborn are beautiful — and deeply overwhelming.
That’s where I come in.
I offer calm, nurturing, in-home support for both you and your baby during this tender transition. Support that allows you to rest, recover, gain confidence, and feel reassured — without judgement or pressure. Whether it’s:
• holding your baby while you reset
• guiding you through feeding or settling
• answering the questions you Google at 2am
• or simply being there so you’re not doing this alone
This is gentle guidance, reassurance, education, and continuity — in your own home, at your pace.
You don’t have to “push through.” You’re allowed to be supported.

This Is for You If…
Asking for help feels hard — even when you need it most
A simple shower feels like an achievement
You’re unsure what your baby needs when all they do is cry
You’re questioning yourself constantly: “Am I doing this right?”
Sleep feels confusing, unpredictable, or non-existent
Your world feels reduced to feeding times and short windows
Your support network feels limited or non-existent
You feel overwhelmed managing the baby, the home, and visitors
You want support that cares for you, not just your child
You are not failing.
You are not meant to do this alone.
Returning to the Village
Parenting was never meant to be a solo experience.
Somewhere along the way, “it takes a village” became “figure it out yourself.”
Parents are expected to recover, adapt, and thrive — often without meaningful support.
This service exists to bring the village back.
Support that arrives before burnout.
Help that feels like wisdom — not weakness.
Care that holds the parent while caring for the baby.
How This Is Different
Compared to Sleep Schools
Sleep schools often:
Focus primarily on sleep, feeding, and settling
Use observational, corrective approaches
Place less emphasis on broader family needs
In-home support focuses on:
Holistic sleep, routines, and parental well-being
The whole family (siblings, mental health, home environment)
Empowerment and confidence — not just outcomes
Compared to Council-Run Support
Council services can be:
Low-cost or free
Limited by waitlists and short appointments
Restricted to set times and availability
This is a one-on-one private service offering:
Flexible scheduling, including after-hours support
Immediate and ongoing assistance
Personalized care in your home
More Than a Nanny. More Than Sleep Support.
More Than a Nanny. More Than Sleep Support.
My service blends:
Practical hands-on help
Education and guidance
Emotional reassurance
Continuity of care
It’s about helping your home feel calmer, supported, and confident during one of life’s biggest transitions.
